Here are the details for the 2nd annual training camp. We are doing a couple of things different this year. We are including all the food and lodging for the weekend into the price. Those of you that attended last year will see the difference in the price but it is very similar to the total cost when everything was added together. We are more experienced now and can do all the logistics up front and save you the hassle. We will have the same action packed weekend with great workouts, excellent coaching, presentations, and workshops throughout the weekend. We also moved the date a couple of weeks later to take advantage of some nicer weather! If you have any questions, email me at CoachTim@NCEcoaching.com Attachments:

Count me in Tim. This year I'm not going to the later signer. I can't upload the flyer on this computer. I'll check back for details when I get back from my sky trip at Jackson Hole Wyoming.
Last year was great... no complaints from me.

The weather is getting better and we are busy preparing for this year's Triathlon Camp. If you have not checked out the information, do so and get ready!
Two people are already signed up so it is not too early to get your spot reserved. You can't wait till the last minute for this one!

We need to get a head count for the training camp. I need to know ASAP if you will be attending. We need payment by April in order to reserve the cabins and purchase food.
Please let me know on the forum or email me at CoachTim@NCEcoaching.com if you are going.
We will be releasing a veteran / long course itinerary for those who want to have a great training weekend but don't need the coaching. Keep an eye on the website for that info!

Hi Tim,
My name is Joe Gross and I was interested in attending the CTC Tri Camp. I received the information from Rob Reddy. Is it too late to get on the list? I would be arriving late on friday.
Thanks, Joe

Long coursers / veterans: For the Veteran's riding schedule, we have a wicked bike course lined up for Friday. We'll plan to begin the ride in the 9 am neighborhood. If anyone want to come down and join in this epic ride, please e-mail me at madurno <at> att <dot> net. For the remainder of Friday, we'll be on the normal Tri Camp schedule (see schedule posted above). On Saturday, we've found a good course to loop. It's a 26 mile loop that starts out relatively flat for 10 miles, then a nice long 4 mile climb followed by rollers that decend until the end of the ride. We'll take the first loop nice and easy (no one gets dropped!). We'll try and pick it up the second loop if there is any gas left in the tank. Later in the afternoon we'll get in an easy run. On Sunday, we'll play it by ear - we have a ride and a run scheduled, but, we may adjust the schedule based on interest. Courses are subject to change after we view road conditions when we get in town. Friday Ride: www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/1871858Saturday Loops: www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/19939768

As of right now I will be arriving late Friday due to my daughters concert at Baldwin Wallace. How will I know which cabin I am in? I may decide just to come down early Saturday morning instead. I will let you know what I decide.

I was wondering if anyone on the East Side is interested in carpooling. I will be leaving for an approximate 7pm arrival. I have a minivan that can hold an additional 1-2 additional bikes and other supplies (or a Civic with a bike carrier on the trunk). If interested, please write back to "christopherscole at gmail dot com".

Mike - we'll probably hit it pretty hard. If it were a flat course, we'd average about 20-21 mph, but with the hills, the average will likely be a bit lower. I'm printing off course maps for everyone in the event that we get broken up. Stay tuned for a meeting place....

I am so wishing I had not signed up for the Columbus Half marathon this weekend. I signed up for it in February before I realized this training camp was the same weekend and I am running it with my younger brother.
This looks like it will be a blast and very helpful.
next year i have to find out when before I lay out my race schedule.
