Thanks to everyone who made it such an awesome time! I had a blast! It was extremely rewarding for me (a newbie) to receive such valuable training in all of the clinics. The bike ride that we did on Saturday was phenomenal and the trail runs as well. (I didn't mind so much getting lost on the trail run Friday night. The twelve of us had headlamps and we got a great workout: 6.75+ miles) Thank you CTC for making this training camp happen! From the time that I arrived I felt so accepted and encouraged. It was such a pleasure meeting all of you and learning from each of your experiences. The weather worked out and the price was well worth it. I can't wait to do my sprints this year and hopefully be able to encourage other newbies at next year's training camp. A special thanks to everyone who organized this, and especially: Tim, Mark, Janet, Cat and Rob. John

Yes it was awesome and totally topped last years camp. It was so nice to meat so many newbies. Thanks to all the organizers espcially to tim for sharing all his knowlege and tri stories. I even lean a couple new things. Thanks to all who tried to help me with my cleats, I will be taking them back to the shop.
I look forward to seeing you all out there. Good luck with your season. Stay healthy.

Great weekend. Loved the long course stuff. Hopefully this camp will be a staple of my training every year. Thanks Durno and Reddy for organizing the long course stuff on Friday/Saturday/Sunday!

To all who planned and participated in this weekend's camp,
Thanks so much for all you did to make this go even better than last year ( and I thought the camp in 2010 was 'A' quality )! Your planning, patience, and selflessness rubbed off on all in your presence.
I also want to say it was true privilege getting to be around so many exceptionally talented, witty, and dedicated participants. I am truly inspired going forward.

Orphaned swimsuit... As each of us have no doubt unpacked and commenced post-camp laundry, did anyone accidentally discover a black speedo---jammer--with red stripes? If not, well no doubt my carelessness wins again.. Thanks again to all for a great weekend!

Good news, bike shop took care of the pedal/clip problem. It wasnt the cleats problem but the pedal actually. So they replaced both the cleat and pedal, put it on the trainer and we had success!!
thanks again for those who tried to help at camp. Good thing I practiced all those one legged drills. But I really don't want to do that many hills again with out being clipped in all the way.

A big thanks to whoever climbed over the bridge to pick up my ejected water bottle. I thought it went sailing down the river after the bump.
