I will be there between 7-7:15 for the 63 mile start at 7:30.
Looks like a nice day, no threat of an "ORANGE ALERT" like at Bellefaire JCB Sunday.

Hey Angie, have you ridden the 30-mile route before? What it is like? I have a 3-hour ride followed by 30-minute run on Saturday and was thinking of incorporating the 30-mile route into the ride.

yes... I have done it for the last 3 years. It is pretty flat... much easier than sweet corn. It is nice and scenic. You are more than welcome to ride with us if you like... jason, joanne, ron and I will be doing it. Nice and easy...

That would be great! I have a 3 hour ride planned followed by a 30-minute run. Angela wants me to ride a flatter course. I figured this way, I'd ride the 30 mile STOMP route and then tack on the mileage down on the Peninsula and River roads loop. After the run, I can enjoy the STOMP refreshments!
What time are you starting the 30-mile ride?

Do we need to pre-register on line?

FYI, I called yesterday to make sure it was OK to register that morning and they said it would not be a problem...just make sure to be there earlier than the scheduled route departure time.
It appears meeting times will depend on what length route people are planning to do. I am thinking about meeting up by the registration area between 7-7:15 for anyone planning on the 63.

63 for me - nice relaxed pace - trying out the new cranks with larger than normal chain rings (thank god it will be relatively flat)

Just watch out for any wet railroad tracks. : ) Seriously, everyone be careful out there. There may be a large contingent of cyclists out there on Saturday, but the roads aren't closed.
Angie, I'll probably start my ride early when Matt leaves and then circle back to do the 30-mile route with you, Joanne and your husbands. See you all Saturday!

Andrew,
This 63 mile flat course should be a good test for the hills @ IMFL. Oh yea I heard Cancun has a hill or two.
