I'm pretty new to the area and always interest in learning about new (or not), fun things to do. Both for sports as well as family activities, events etc. Any suggestions for places to visit, things to see, where to eat, cool stuff for kids, etc would be great! Also looking for ways t learn a bit more about Cleveland's history, city, suburbs etc.

Look at anything that has to do with the Cleveland Metroparks. The park system alone has so many activities. Definitely check out the zoo and toboggan chutes and nature centers. Also the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
Playhouse Square downtown is the best for theater and a night out....both adult and kid entertainment.
What area of town do you live in? Don't let that prevent you from traveling around to see different areas of Northeast Ohio.

I live in Mentor, so maybe 20 mins east of downtown. Definitely interested in exploring anything within a reasonable distance! Got a zoo membership, really nice zoo I'd say (and I actually bot married in a zoo!), definitely going back soon. What are the kid friendly activities near playhouse square? (Never been there). And definitely want to check out the metroparks, though i found it somewhat difficult to navigate the website and select good options for a 2 year old toddler. Any specific suggestions? Thanks!
