It seems Racing for Recovery is moving from Monroe, MI back to Sylvania, OH. This can be nothing but a good change for this race. Early season swims in Lake Erie in Monroe were cold and brutal and the bike course was just plain bad. Coming to an inland lake will solve at least on problem, have to wait and see on the road condition but it can't be any worse. www.racingforrecovery.com/ai1ec_event/9th-annual-half-sprint-and-olympic-distance-triathlon/This is an FYI, still not doing this race. It competes with the new West Branch race by Champ.

Competes with West Branch and with the new Geneva 100-miler. I'll stay local. Good to see them changing it to Sylvania - I might consider doing it again in the future.
