12/13 - UPDATE
It looks like this class is a GO!!! Still room in the class if you want the VERY BEST trainer class being offered this winter - I mean an indoor 200M track to brick on - awesome.
Just an FYI - a couple folks have asked if they DO NOT want to run can they still do the trainer ride - SURE I can accomodate the ride only crew!!!

A TRAINER ride is simple - but what about an indoor BRICK - and I'm not talking about running on a treadmill or 1/16 of a mile track!!!!
As I had mentioned early this fall - I'm looking to do another trainer series if there is enough interest. The plan would be to hold 6 BRICK (yes trainer ride and run) sessions - they would be 2 hours long, structured workouts. Focus on building cadence speed and strength on the bike and then getting some good run training off the bike. We would do these on Sundays right after swimming (so basically you are getting in a nice indoor tri!!!) You would obviously need to bring your trainer and bike. We will use the indoor 200m track. All sessions at Oberlin college.
If you are interested PLEASE let me know ASAP. Price would be $55 for the 6 sessions. I'd like to get this all nailed down before 12/19 so I can start the process with reserving space at the college and getting workers.
Start time would be 9:45 for those not involved in tri swimming.
Please feel free to pass this on to anyone you think might be interested in joining in.
