In case you missed it, East Side Cycling resumed last Saturday and will continue Saturday mornings through March (excluding 12/24 and 12/31). Come build your fitness at this 2 hour indoor trainer session followed by the optional group swim! This coming Saturday, December 10th will be a don't miss week! We will be setting our zones for the first part of the training series so bring your heart rate monitors.
