I already feel like I want to swim, get on bike and maybe even run a little. what are the "rules" for recovery after? How soon swim? seems like right away. What about bike? Quads are a little sore but they want to ride. Run? that seems like it may be longer? what are general rules and thoughts I only have 1 race left and that is Thanksgiving Turkey trot 5 miler. I want to get under 7 minute pace for 5 miles. I know I have time but this long stuff has slowed me on the short run races. How soon can I start toward that? Lets hear from all the awesome iron people on this forum mike

ran twice already couple miles think it helps recovery faster. drink beer best method
