Is anyone thinking about doing the Lorain tri? (Or has anyone done it in the past?) I'm signing up and, being new to the area, it would be great to meet other members from this club!

I just signed up yesterday for the Oly. I did the Summer Tri at the same location with the same course. It is all pretty flat and with ugly scenery once you leave the park.
This is my first year doing tri's and being a part of CTC. Always up for meeting more members.

Dan, you should have no problems meeting members as you pass them on the run. Crap you are fast!

Its too bad that I can't recognize and talk to people during the swim. I would have the opportunity to meet many more members as they are all swimming past me!

Always enjoyed the Lorain triathlon. The bike courses have been changed to avoid the RR tracks, i get stuck there every year SP

Yes, we changed the bike course to an out and back (W Erie to Baumhart to Cooper Foster) - the distance is now 28 miles for the Int'l.

Hope to see some of you there! I'll be wearing Wisconsin badgers getup, so say hello!
