With all the activity going on in the club it is easy to forget all the fun training events we have this winter/spring. Racing season is right around the corner.......time to step it up!

• fit Personal Training Studio is now offering…Functional Training for Triathletes Workshop and Workout Sunday February 27th, 201110:00a-11:30a Cost: $10.00 CTC Members: $8.00 Registration: fitcleveland.com
• Five Seasons indoor cycling series returns! What: Indoor Cycling Series Where: Five Seasons Sports Club, Westlake When: 7:30-9:30, Thursday nights, starting February 10th. Arrive in plenty of time to set up! Who’s invited? Everyone! There's much more information available at sssmst.com
• Snakebite Racing trainer sessions have been extended through March. Rides are Tuesdays 6 pm at Ride + Workout. 75-90 minutes duration with a $10 drop in fee for CTC members. Spinning bikes provided.
• East side cycling has returned at the Twinsburg Rec Center. Saturdays 7:15am set up 7:30-9:30 ride followed by an optional 45-60 minute swim. Cost for CTC members is $7 per session, bring your bike, trainer, and water bottle.
• Liquid Lifestyles has started new masters swim programs at the Lakewood YMCA and the Rocky River Rec Center. Sessions are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 5:45-7 pm. Discounts offered to CTC members, check out the Liquid Lifestyles website for more information
• Sunday trainer rides at Oberlin college have started, 9:30 am set up 9:45 start. Contact Rob Reddy at rob.reddy@Oberlin.edu for more information.
• Join Shannon Monday nights at The Club in the Key Center downtown for a new spinning opportunity. class starts at 7 pm $10 drop in fee contact Shannon at shannongilfillan@yahoo.com for more details.
• Studio cycling with Kim Shaheen Thursday mornings from 6-7:30am at the Peak Performance Center in Broadview Heights. Classes run until March 10th $15 drop in or $89 for the series. Check the club forum for more details.
• West side cycling has started at Coca Crossfit in North Ridgeville Sunday mornings at 8am. Cost is $5 for CTC members, its 90-120 minutes of cycling fun, bring your trainer, bike, water bottle,and towel.
• Run with Michelle on Wednesdays at 6pm, meet at the intersection of Barrett Rd and Berea Falls Rd. Check the forum for more information.
• Training runs for the Emerald Crossing trail race have began. Every Saturday at 9am, please check in at Euphoria Health and Fitness prior to running
