I've never posted on the CTC Forum before so I apologize if this ends up not being posted in the correct place / format. I wanted to let anyone who is interested know that I'm planning on doing a few (not sure how many) hill repeats tonight at Garfield Reservation. My training schedule calls for 6 miles total with 5-8 hill repeats. www.clemetparks.com/visit/index.asp?action=rdetails&reservations_id=1010 Meeting at 6:15. This park is nice because it's a 2-mile loop that is typically clear (even in the winter). Anyone is welcome to join!

Thanks for posting! Keep posting your workouts. Even if you run alone a few times, people will see it is a regular run.
