The way my schedule looks this year, I don't think I'll be able to fit it in. I did look into this though, and I'm interested in participating in the future. I'm hoping to do it next year, '11. I'd love to join your team then!

Kim- you are more than welcome next year too. I am sure we will have a team. This is year 3 for me and year 2 for the team. The ride itself is very enjoyable. You can piggyback on some pretty wicked pace lines or go at your own pace. The people are great and the support is unbelieveable. And if routes hold you may be on some of the very same roads as REV3 Cedar Point.

So I totally bored sitting in my office on this snowy Friday afternoon not wanting to work so I thought I would compare the Pedal to the Point course route from last year to the Rev3Cedar Point Full and Half. Here's what I found....
From about Frailey Rd. to Rye Beach Rd. it is the same course! On the Full approx. mile #50-55 and 86-96 (remember 2 loops) and on the Half mile #32-42. This section is the worst. It is all corn fields (boring) and directly West into the wind.
So if you want practice........ Join Mac's Pack and Pedal to the Point. It's definitely a little less competitive but just as much fun!
See the link on this thread if you would like to join the team.
