Been running around 6 am on some of the bike and hike trails and couldn't see a thing. Am interested in getting a running light. Anyone use one? Do you like the one you have?
thanks. Kar-Ming

I use a Petzl headlamp I think I got at Gander Mtn. for about $20. I put it on my head, flip the switch, and there's light. Hoping I get it back, because I forgot to pick up my drop bag after DWD a couple weeks ago. But worst case is I am out $20.
No need for overanalysis on this, I think.

I like mine. After a little bit I forget I'm wearing it - pretty comfortable. I found it in the camping section at Dick's Sporting Goods for $20 to $30. The brand is Princeton Tech.

I like my Petzel, but it works best with a small handheld too. I use a small bike headlight with the Petzel. Pretty sure Vertical Runner stocks a couple brands. And there's a Petzel banner ad at the top of this page.

Kim is right on with Princeton Tech.....
Headlamp uses three aaa batteries and is quite bright...... A lot of us used them last year and this coming year for the CVNPA Fall Trail Running Series....
You can wear it with or without a hat, and feels quite comfortable......
