Attention runners and spectators that will be out at Cleveland Marathon this Sunday....
CTC will have a tent, table and chairs set up for the group where everyone can hang out after the race. The plan is to set everything up near the finish line sometime around 8:30 AM.
Stop by and visit with your fellow club members. If you have not received your CTC race belt with your paid membership, we will have those on hand.

I'll be at E55 and Lakeside at a water station manned by (mostly) Progressive employees. I'll look for CTC stuff.

Alison, Steve, and I will have the CTC tent set up early (we're arriving by 6 am), so, if you want to drop anything (no serious valubles please), feel free to. Like Janet mentioned, we'll be at the mall lawn by the finish. The tent has a green top and there will be a CTC banner. More importantly... where are we drinking / eating afterwards ?? I'm thinking Panini's on W. 6th (big a$$ sammiches and cheap beer). Any other ideas ??  |

Thanks for the info Mark. I was wondering if there was any kind of "bag drop." I guess that is yet another perk of being a CTC member! But so are you saying the tent will be un-manned for some time then as far as valuables? Just curious as my parents are coming and it'd be nice to have access to my phone after if I can't find them. And, I may be in for something afterwards-just depends if I will be with the parents or not.

It should be manned the whole time, but, we can't guarantee anything - I've dropped my bag at the tent in past races (as I will tomorrow) with no issues. |
