I would like to ask for some help with the Newbie Clinic that we will have in conjunction with the regular training.
I will need a couple of people to help and also guide the newbies on a bike ride.
Please let me know if you can participate.
You can send an email to NCMultisports (@) aol.com

I would love to help if I wasn't going to be down in Portsmouth for the TTT. VERY fond memories of being a newbie at your training sessions!

I was already planning on it! I know both routes pretty well and this point.
See you tonight for Emerald Crossings set-up.

I consider myself still somewhat of a newbie, but I was planning on being there anyway so I can help as well.

Saw your thread on the GCT training session. Can you tell me more about it? I am not running the GCT but would like to participate in the training session if possible.

I can help at the Newbie session, and I plan to ride with them, too.
