Anyone have any names preferably on the east side (I'm in twinsburg) that can help me change my running gait? Among my injuries last year was a torn muscle in my ankle and I think I'm now compensating for that, therefore giving me hip pain after long runs.
Thanks, Brian

Compounding pain... ouch.... good luck with that. I've heard that the faster you run, the better your form becomes - just a thought.

The women that spoke at the '07 fall meeting were at the clinic. Seemed like that was their focus. I don't recall names, but I would bet Suzy has contact info for them.

I went and saw them when i was hurt and they did a gait analysis on me. I pronate quite a bit, but not so bad i need motion control shoes (i get by on stability ones). It wasn't as enlightening as i thought it would be, but it was still useful info. Since then ive lost a lot of weight and gotten a bit faster, as Durno says, i don't think i pronate as much anymore.
I forget their names too, but they're on the east-side.
