Go to livestrong.com and click on "The Daily Plate." Once you set up an account, you can track calories, nutrients and other nutritional data for everything you eat. Looks like it pulls standard nutritional data from various sources, so you can do a search on something as generic as "apple" or "egg white", or as specific as "Lean Cuisine baked chicken florentine" (my lunch) and quickly enter all the data. You can also track and save time spent doing various exercises, view and print charts based on your data, etc.
Then, if you're an iPhone / iPod Touch user and you download the Livestrong app, you can enter information on your phone and sync it with the data on the Web site.
