Looking for time in the saddle really so anything from 1 hour to 4/6 and HR of 70-75% so probably about 12-15mph for me...........slow and comfortable. But guess will have to wait now until the snow goes away......... Im in Gates Mills, but happy to travel.

Des, Depending on your time and availability, the Cleveland Touring Club offers a variety of rides in your "neck of the woods" and further eastside too. www.clevelandtouringclub.orgWide variety of riders, great group! Also, I live out in Chardon, so I could offer you some routes for riding as well..... Brian

Brian I have not heard much from cleveland tourning club, they seem to have called it a year with the snow and cold now, there is also a group, shaker cycling club that goes out on saturdays and sunday mornings. I think everyone is starting to do spinning inside now, I have been trying to set something up at the high school but no one seem interested. If there were some more people interested, we could get a group together.

I second the Cleveland Touring Club and have rode with them a fair amount. Good group of people! Actually they have quite a decent sized membership base with all levels of riders which is nice as usually there is someone close to your pace. www.clevelandtouringclub.org/Chris, I may be interested in something east.

Brian, good to meet you today. I have contacted the touring club, but looks as though they are all indoors at the moment.

Des, Hope you Glenn enjoyed the Polar Bear Plunge and "Ben's" PBP Get Together......... I do admit, the outdoor training for the new year will be here sooner than you know it. The Cleveland Touring Club should be updating the new schedule soon....... In the mean time, I wanted to offer you a personal trainer, Carina Adams , that can lead you into some indoor training during the Winter months on the "Eastside" of town! You should be able to contact her through this email address, ride@rightsideoftheroad.org and there is a web page you can go to and look under the "training" heading in her web sight. www.rightsideoftheroad.org She will be offering a variety of spin sessions, and I have yet to gather the dates and info...... Just let her know, of your cycling level, that you are at, and she should be able to direct you to the proper class...... Brian p.s. here is my email address brianbruizer@aol.com if you and Glenn need anything.
