$20/month = $240/year. That could buy some really nice cold weather gear for those chilly morning commutes! I read this shortly after the bailout was passed as I was reading over the renewable energy tax credits section. The language concerning the bike commuter credit is really vague. They make no distinction about how much you have to ride to be a "bike commuter" (I guess that is for your boss to decide). Is this an example of legistlative pork (I think so!)
Yes, I read legislation (and you folks were wondering why I was making the same argument over and over again on the political threads.....policy wonk revealed! ;-)
