I am looking for a caterer that is health minded or buys local. I have only a couple of places on my list, but they are a little pricier than I am looking. IE mustard seed and sapore.
Thank you

Bon Appetit: www.bamco.com/Local food, biodegradable utensils, etc. They are a national company that serves Cleveland. Also totally cooked: www.totallycooked.com/index.htmlThey don't have the sustainability focus, or commitment to use the local suppliers, etc., but are locally owned (Akron area).

look up spice of life catering. com, Ben is very involved in the local food scene and is often at the north union farmer's markets shopping or doing cooking demos.
