I know most people are usually concerned with the heat but this Sunday appears it will be on the cooler side. I am worried about coming out of the water and being cold (I'm a freeze baby!). don't have a wetsuit so that's not an option...any suggestions or should I not really be concerned? Thanks.

You're really the only one who can answer that since everyone is different with cold tolerance. I can wear a sleeveless tri-top in a race where the starting temp is <50 and not notice a thing (even getting out of water with temps in the 50's). I have friends that would go hypothermic with much milder conditions. Keep in mind you will be exercising at a high intensity and have quite the endorphin kick going. But if you are worried you can always throw on a long sleeved jersey after the swim or wear arm warmers. Arm warmers are much harder to put on wet though. I've never had to put on anything for warmth in a tri, but I'm sure other people can chime in!
