What do most of you do the day before a race?
-Nothing? -Light run? -Swim?
Just curious..I know for running races I usually get out for a couple miles real easy but for a tri I don't know. Before Huntington I don't think I did anything but I hate doing nothing! I feel so lazy!

I do nothing. Rest is more valuable to me than 'shaking out the cobwebs'.

Depends on the race, but if an important one, I bike for 15 minutes and run for 10 minutes just to lube up the joints. Then, try to stay off feet as much as possible rest of day. Eat early and drink often (but not too often). Of course, I'll be violating my rules tomorrow by spending the afternoon at the CTC tent at the expo tomorrow, but oh well. It's not like I'm going to win. : )
