Hey,
I am doing Steelhead as my first half iron and I just had a couple of questions in preparation for the race. About what time should I get up there on Friday? Also, does anyone have any recommendations on food the night before and/or the morning of? I have done an olympic and several sprints and did not eat the morning of, but I know this race is a lot longer. In addition, if anyone has any other words of wisdom about how to handle the race, that would be great. I am already getting a little nervous about it and the race is still two weeks away.
