I think I'm the only one from here that tried to get in that didn't . But I WILL BE there to cheer everyone on! I will be running around trying to find everyone esecially Amy H, who has been there for me at both of my IM finishes and the Double Iron. I think I'll be somewhere volunteering as well. Debbie

was doing IMFL - change of plans so I've pulled my IMFL entry and then depending on where my training is at the end of May - I'll decide on whether to enter IMOO or not.
Still a ways off but it means pulling my entire training plan forward 8 weeks
nuts - I don;t even have a plan - I'm just out freewheeling on my BMX, jogging between fire hydrants and splashing around in the kiddie pool

Does anyone know a good list of special needs that is specific to the weather in Wisconsin? I've never been there, don't know the weather, and really don't know much about the race, but I'd like to be prepared... (Eagle Scout Moto)

Michael--a little bit of everything I would say. I came with all my hot weather gear because I heard how hot and humid it was every year. Then it was going to be chilly (talk about "be careful what you wish for, it just might come true") and I had nothing except my buddy Eric's arm warmers (thanks Eric!). I spent the night before driving around strip malls trying to find some kind of vest to wear. Then I was all mad because I had to spend $60 on one at Dick's...and I'm still convinced it's the only reason I finished. So if I were you I'd be prepared for anything from 54 degrees and pouring to 95 degrees and sunny! Yeah, I know. I didn't narrow it down for you...sorry. Just keepin' it real.
