Two words- Jim Tressel
Enough said!
Well, maybe a few more! ;D
He quietly stepped into Youngstown State University and left a hero. He showed that as an individual you have so much potential inside of you, and as a team, in which each individual can accomplish great feats together.......
As quietly as he stepped into Ohio State University, he has taken the "Buckeyes" on an awesome ride to this very day...... Hard work and dedication, can make an average athlete into a super athlete.......
He pushes education first, and then team second.

I couldn't agree more. Having come from the Warren-Y-town area, we got to see how impressive of an individual that Tressel is regarding non-football related issues. He routinely supported community service programs and gave a hell of a lot of himself while winning 4 National Championships at YSU (6 or 7 Championship game apperances in all).
Thinking back, he almost lost out on this opportunity to Glen Mason. The Buckeye program probably would not have seen any National Title games with Mason in charge. With Tressel - we got 3 with one Championship and a marked improvement in the "classy" category.

Man - there's always a hater in every crowd:-)
Yeah - those Big Ten teams just lay down for them Buckeyes.......and Tressel is such a jerk for highlighting Ohio football against teams like Kent and Bowling Green.
And yeah - they had them a really easy non-conference schedule last year.....really easy wins there:-)
