The first training session for the Greater Cleveland Triathlon will be held May 26 at Headlands State Park. This is the venue for the race. It begins at 9:00A.M. at Lot#17.
At this session we will be having a clinic for the Newbies. We will be going over all aspects of training and what to expect on Race Day. Handouts will be given on the topics we will be covering. Mickey Rzymek, the race director will be leading the session with the help some of our Tri club members who will then go out on the course with you.
If you are interested you need to R.S.V.P. to GCTriathlon@aol.com so that we have Handouts for all who attend.
Directions: Location is in Mentor. Take Rt. 2 east to the Heisley Rd. exit Turn left onto Heisley. Heisley Rd. ends at the park entrance. Lot#17 is at the west end of the park.
