My name is David and I am a tri newbie (planning to do a sprint in October in Richmond). I volunteered at the Cleveland Triathlon and may have markered you.
Do you know of any experienced triathletes who'd be willing to meet with me one-on-one to tell me about their experiences?
I'm moving to Virginia Beach on August 5th, and would really like to hear all about an experienced athlete's training, nutrition, how they keep positive, and how the stick to their plans and goals.
