The Thursday's newbies group will be moved to Tuesday starting February 7th. There will still be a run this Thursday, Feb 2nd!
Fred has offered a newbies session on Friday with hill repeats and since this is another great opportunity to improve, I thought we could break up the days!
We will still leave from Caribou in Lakewood at 6pm. All levels welcome!
