Miami Marathon is flat and fast and a beautiful course.. I would think its a good PR course.. I did the half this year and going back again in 2009.. Temps. were in the mid 60's at 6 AM and went into the 80's durning the day.. not to bad for the end of Jan.
Nice break from the Cleveland winter..

There is the Myrtle Beach Marathon in Feb. its flat, but temps can still be cold there that time of year, I did it in 2006 and at race start it was mid 30's.. The race is on Saturday and on Sunday there is a bike race U can do too.. makes for a nice training weekend, as long as temps are reasonable..

Do this trainng plan: www.furman.edu/FIRST/1.htmit only has 3 days of running per week...very structured runs....but it leaves alot of time to cross train. Many others use this as well....time efficient training! FYI. I used it and ran a PR by 20 minutes...of 7 marathons.
