For all of you looking for ways to improve core strength and flexibility, I am continuing my Pilates sport specific classes at the Downtown YMCA. PILATES FOR RUNNERS AND TRIATHLETES will take place Thursdays at 5:30pm. Our programs at the Y run for seven weeks, so one would sign up for the 7 week session. The fee is $52 (YMCA members pay $32). I will be as bold to say that you will not find Pilates workouts in this area suited to the conditioning needs of runners and triathletes, let alone for that price.
And I am inviting you to try it for free. Let me know if you are interested, and I will guest you in to my class over the next 2 weeks on Tuesdays or Thursdays (both at 5:30pm).
