Clinic: Triathlon Gear from Beginner to Ironman

Chris Kaylor, club member and owner of IDUTRI, will be holding a clinic on Feb. 4th at 10 AM at his warehouse in Berea. The address is 8059 Lewis Rd. Building Number #308 Berea, Ohio 44017. More detailed directions will come closer to the event.

Chris is an experienced triathlete who is extremely knowledgable about triathlon gear. This clinic is free.

Title: Triathlon Gear from Beginner to Ironman

Description of clinic:
We will first discuss triathlon gear and equipment needed to finish your first triathlon, including transition setup, proper helmet fit and hydration systems. For more experienced athletes, we will talk about clothing, wetsuits (fit and removal), aero bars, running shoe lace systems and wheels. We will also address the use of nutrition gels, drinks, bars, supplements and the different applications for each. Finally, if time allows, we can discuss indoor riding on rollers, trainers, fitness cycles and constrainers. Q&A session will follow. Anticipated time 1.0- 1.5 hours.

Lewis is off of West Bagley. You can not see the warehouse from the road. When you turn on to Lewis and are heading North, look for the big blue block that says 8059 then make a right and go to the back of the drive. IDUTRI is located on the right in the
green buildings. Parking area will be marked for the clinic.
