I have been to the last two session in Akron and I want to highly recommend these session with New Vision. If I am like many of us, when we get on the trainer we just spin on the trainer maybe pick the pace up for a while an then back off and go again.
There is nothing like a group to force you to maximize your time on the trainer.
I hope that the group takes advantage of this opportunity.
It is quite honestly the best 10.00 I spent aweek.

Will there be more of these in the future? I haven't purchased a trainer yet but will very soon. Rocky River is just up the road from me and I'm sorry I'll have to miss this.

I totally agree with Matt's comments - the level of instruction and technique drills performed at these sessions are a very good invenstement of time. There is a weekly class for New Vision Cycling that is every Wed until 03/29/06 coached by Pete Gladden in Akron. More information (directions, times, etc...) can be found at the NVC website: www.newvisioncycling.com/Adam M.

Neil
If you call Dave or Pete - you should be able to rent a trainer from them to use at the sessions!!
