2 hours on the trainer this morning - 40 points. Can you tell I took it very easy last night?
Headed to the Browns game with out of town customers - so I will to be able to make the Polar Bear Swim

Today was going to be a rest day after the Polar bear swim, but the motivation gained from the experience pushed me to get a slow brick workout in.
2 hours on the trainer = 40 points 5 miles = 20 points
Final day's tally is 60 points.

I still say the polar plunge deserves points. Definitely bragging rights despite being put off by the media. We rocked the beach.
