I rode my trainer for 45 minutes this morning (15 pts) followed by 45 minutes of weight lifting (which as Paula says is not pointless for the body, but is for the game!) ;D

I'm sick as a dog. Nasty cold. Missed a day of work for the first time in over a year. I'll be out of action for a while.

Another hungover trail run. 5mi....20pts.
I would like to take this oppurtunity to give my trail shoes a little dap. I have a pair of gore-tex Montrails and they are awesome. While running today I broke through the ice and sunk my feet into the muddy water almost to the top of my shoes and my feet remained dry and warm. The traction they provide is also outstanding. If you enjoy slogging through the mud and the snow, as I do, but don't like cold feet, I highly recommend picking up a pair. Worth every penny.

1 hour of swimming drills and technique only.
Estimate 1500 meters = 15 points
1.5 hours of weights = 0 points
