1200M swim = 12 Points 8 Mile run (outside, in the dark!) = 32 Points 44 points; but not nearly as impressive as those 80 and 95-point posts from our wiley IM veterans. You guys are animals! Andrew -- How in the world do you ride on a trainer for 3 hours? ??

Rob,
80 points on your birthday? Did you at least stop or slow down long enough to have a piece of cake?
Happy Birthday!

Bruce
Break it up - two in the AM
One in the evening
Now that I'm back at work - it is going to be 2hours in the am before work - then either weights, run or swim of an evening.
Having the computrainer helps - plus I've been watching the Lance Armstrong DVD's

Bruce - actually I had no cake - could have at dinner but was too full - maybe when my kids get home next week I'll get an ice cream cake - could eat the whole thing by my self ;]
Roger - yes Paula Kerts hooked me up with a pass to EMH - will try to swim every day of break!!
