Camp is really rolling - but where are the LADIES - come on I know some of you are training - we need to crown a Camp Champ and a Queen of Training!!
So today should be interesting - see who the real nuts, oops I mean triathletes, are who train on the holiday.
I'm going to try and get something in - wish I was like Bruce and could do the trainer/treadmill brick - but alas no treadmill - maybe after the new year when they go rock bottom prices...
Keep the total coming - tomorrow will be the first cumulative reports - see who is burning up Cleveland....

I did 60 mins on the trainer before I had a great, and filling, christmas dinner. Yummy.

I was a good boy last night and today - no alcohol
Today was day 1 for me of the virtual camp as work commitments have kept me busy until today.
So - this morning - 5 mile easy run outside (20 points) This morning 120 minutes on the trainer (40 points)
Am about to get back on the trainer now that we have had Xmas day lunche etc - and will post the time spent when I get done - shooting for an hour.
(The Lance Armstrong 7 set makes this much more bearable - 14 DVDS - 28 hours of entertainment!!
How many points do you get for eating sensibly and not drinking when everyone else around you is and offers continuously!!

I feel funny even posting this but as I sat at my Grandparents today, I spotted the stationary bike. So, I decided to spin on it for a whole wopping 6 minutes......I am incredibly dedicated!!
So, 6 minutes on trainer = 2pts.
