Swim 1500 in the AM 15 Bike 28 miles outside on the mountain bike,Rocky river to rt 82, took an hour 50. 28 30 minute trail run right after the bike. I'm slow this time of year, so I'm guessing 3 miles. 12

You folks are crazy ........ in a great way of course.
Anyhow, did approx. 25 minutes on my computrainer....um-don't mean to throw any of you in the poor house but boy,oh boy is this a great, great tool. I did 10 minutes of warm-up then 15 on the Escape from Alcatraz course...I am out of biking shape and it showed.
Anyways - 25 minutes on trainer = 8 pts.

Mini-Tri today (12/24):
500M (Kick Drills) early afternoon = 5 Points Bike-Run Brick in the evening after the kids went to bed and I finished playing Santa: 1 Hour Trainer Ride = 20 Points 6 Mile Run on Treadmill = 24 Points
Time to shower and hit the sack...
