Good Morning all, I am a newbie!! I'd like some coaching, especially in the water. If I could be directed to a resource list or company names I'd appreciate that very much. I live in Avon Lake and currently belong to LA fitness at Crocker Park so, West side is best for me. I've run 2 half marathons, several 5Ks, and love biking (I'd like to get a used bike as well). I'd like to do the Sprint this August. Any advice would be great, Markd

The go-to guy here for tri coaching is Tim Edwards (http://www.ncecoaching.com/). If you are just looking for swim training you can also check out Liquid Lifestyles (http://liquidlifestyles.com/). Additionally, to help with your swimming, there are weekly open-water swim practices (free to all CTC members) on Tuesday evenings at Columbia Beach in Bay Village. No real coaching, but you can pick up all sorts of good info/tips and practicing in open water is never a bad thing. Tim Edwards actually leads the newbie group for those swims. Weather permitting, I believe those start on June 4th. I would highly recommend a wetsuit if you plan to attend the first few sessions.
