The only leg work I do in the gym are adductors and abductors. Muscles we really don't use much in biking or running and only on a limited basis in the pool. Lately I've been considering doing more, but I don't want to break down the muscle then run or bike on legs that are still healing from the gym. What does everyone else do? I'd be very interested to know.

Ben - I do a lot of lower body work without weights - that is using my own body weight - the exercises include - pistol squats (single leg), single leg dead lifts (on the floor then progress to doing them on a bosu - flat side up) - walk through squats are also good - forward and backward - then wind shield wipers - all work the core in addition to the legs and the Glutes good luck
