Tri Trainer is back!! The only trainer class that gives you a BRICK work out as we will use the indoor 200 meter track at Oberlin college as part of our workouts. 7 Sessions beginning in Jan and running through the end of March. 2 hour classes. For more info email me at rob.reddy@oberlin.edu
