Its getting lighter earlier...
The weather may have officially "broken"...
Let's try to rally the troops and start hitting the track again on Tuesday mornings.
Details:
Time: 6:10 am (get there earlier if you want to warm up) Location: Fairview High School Track (on W. 210, one block south of Lorain Rd.)
You can join the workout I'm doing or you can do your own thing - or a combo of both. We typically have anywhere from 2 to 6 people.
This week is simple: 6x400 @ 5K pace plus 400 rest intervals between each one. That comes to 3 miles of running plus warm up & cool down (I tend to do 1.5 miles of each for a grand total of 6 miles).

Track workout is ON for tormorrow (Tues) morning. Gonna stride out some 400's in preparation for Maumee Bay this weekend. 6 am warm-up. Start turning up the intensity by 6:15.
