Bad comments about a Felt DA? Perhaps I could think of a "bad" comment if I compared it to a Shiv or P4 or some other top of the line bike. But in most cases this would be a considerable upgrade if your current bike cost less than $3500.
I would only have a "bad" comment if it is not the right size for you. Take into consideration that if your current bike is a, say, a size 56 that may or may not be the size you'd want on your new Felt.

I had heard that is was hard to handle on down hills over 35mph.
My current felt DA is the aluminum full Durace Drive train and it is a 54 which when I was fit at spin Greg said it was too small and could not be done correctly.
This one is a 56 Which I know I need. It comes with a rear wheel 808 Zipp with power tap and front wheel HED 3
It is an unreal price. I just wanted more input before I took the step.
I will have a great felt DA 54 for sale soon if anyone has an interest. new it was $3500 a few years ago I would sell for $1200.00

Mike - few comments on the Felt DA. The "handling" issue has to do with the Bayonet fork from 08-09. If it is not properly tightened by the bike shop it has a tendency to jiggle/shimmy a little at high speeds and when you are putting a lot of pressure on the aerobars on downhills. From what I was able to gather, the issue was mostly resolved from '10 models onward but if you were taking it to a competent bike shop in the first place the old one wouldn't be an issue either.
Keep in mind I am not a professional bike mechanic, this is just speaking from experience as the owner of a '10 Felt B2 with a Bayonet fork - I had read about this issue but did not experience it on my bike from Bike Authority.
Other than that, I love Felt as a brand - really good bang for your buck. Bikes look sweet too.
