Who is using P90X as an off or in season strength workout?
I tried out the plyometrics DVD for the first time last night. Legs are completely sore and it was a really good workout. Nice change of pace.
Wondering if anyone who uses it sees a benefit. I can see it helping lower body and core which is key for triathletes.

Did Chest and Back Friday and Shoulders and Arms Sunday. They are a nice change of pace and I think those full body exercises are a great way to strengthen the core in the offseason! After not lifting since my crash, I was all kinds of sore!
I think there is certainly a benefit to strengthening core muscles for triathletes. I also like the idea of doing something a little bit different and TH quotes just kill me. "Tip of the Day: Don't Smash your Face."

I did it a couple years back to break out of my workout routine. I know I had no injuries that year, felt better and stronger aI had for awhile, getting ready to redo it before Tough Mudder Indiana.
