I had kids at Indians game upper deck and it started moving. Everyone around us felt it. I asked if that was normal and a guy said sure then a friend texted me and said there was an earthquake and building was being evacuated.
It was weird feeling concrete and steel moving like that.
Did anyone else notice it?
