Greater Cleveland Triathlon & Duathlon Training Session # 2 - THIS Saturday, June 18th
OPTION 1 – The OFFICIAL “I Don't Need No Stinking Man Women's Clinic!”
LOCATION: Headlands State Beach Park, 9601 Headlands Rd, Mentor, Ohio 44060, Lot #17
CLINIC PARTICIPANTS START TIME: The women's clinic will start at 9:00 AM.
CLINIC PLAN: You should plan to bring all your gear to Bike, Run and Swim! This will be an opportunity to hear more about the course, ask questions and participate in some group training in a low key atmosphere.
OPTION 2 – “I just want to get in on an Official Group Training Day!”
SAME PLACE!
Tentative Plan:
Meet: 7:45 AM
Swim: 8-8:45 AM
Bicycle: 9AM Sharp, Ride Greater Cleveland Course: 1 or 2 loops (as desired). Course is marked. (Hopefully there will be various paces out there but cannot guarantee it.)
Run: Head out for run on the course for as many miles as you would like!
Basically swim as much as you want, ride as much as you want, then run as much as you want and perhaps take another dip in the lake to cool off…or just swim and kick your legs up in the sun and socialize! Your call!
Hopefully there will be a great turnout as right now the weather looks fabulous!
NOTE: Both the clinic and the training are offered to the tri community for free and you do not need to be entered in the GCT to attend.
