To all the athletes that raced at the race today, congratulations on a great race. To all of the volunteers that helped make the race run, thank you! You all rock! Here are the results so you can study them and make your plan on what you want to get better at for the summer's race season. See attachment. Thanks to everyone who came out. It was great to have so many participants that came out to the event! In addition to thanking all the participants and volunteers that came out, a huge thank you is also owed to Muscle Milk for providing us all the recovery drinks and Twinsburg Fitness Center. Twinsburg really provided a nice venue for the event with the nice pool, bikes with computers (esp. making sure Tim Edwards was the one that got the bike with all the resistance  ), a nice sound system for us and a great indoor track for us to run on. It was actually the first time I personally have done one of these and it was a nice change of pace and fun to get to step up the effort a little bit! CSU indoor tri is up next on 3/20. Here are the revised results. There was a typo for the run laps that were recorded for two women. They are highlighted in red.
