Why is core training important to me as a cyclist? What exactly is the "core" anyway? And how does it work? Does flexibility play a role in all of this core talk? What are some good core exercises and what do I look for in a good core exercise?
Please join presenter Heather Kauffmann, PT, DPT of Summa Health Systems. Heather possesses a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from USC and is an accomplished triathlete. She will answer these questions and more with assistance of Bike Authority's Sean Gilbert (MAED, USAT Certified Coach).
