Attached is the flyer for the CTC Indoor Tri Series. Check it out! We have 4 events this season at familiar locations as well as new exciting places as well.

Come join us to have fun, compete, work off the holidays, and hone those tri skills while everyone else is stuck on the sofa!

Hey Tim, the link in that flyer is outdated. It goes to a page promoting the Macedonia Tri from last year. The registration link that it refers to is also outdated, only available registration is for last year's March indoor tri and Swim challenge.

When you get to campus, you'll want to find visitor parking. There is a metered lot located directly behind the Rec Center/Natatorium (marked with a big "P" on the map) that would be an ideal place to park. You'll want to come in the main entrance of the Ocasek Natatorium, which is directly next door to the Recreation Center. We will have registration set up inside the Natatorium.

As a FYI, the January 9th CWRU indoor tri which has always been tentative is OFFICIALLY CANCELLED. Sorry to anyone that might have been interested.

We do have several other upcoming events for everyone to get out at including-

The Twinsburg Indoor Triathlon is alive and well. Please take a look at the flyer and plan on attending this great event we have planned. Twinsburg has a great facility and is super excited about hosting CTC!

This is a great opportunity to either jump start your pre-season or gage where your fitness is after a long winter.

This is a perfect opportunity for any new triathletes to get a taste of what triathlon's are all about and be more comfortable when the outdoor version comes about.

Let's get out there and give it a tri!

We have two opportunities left in our Winter Indoor Triathlon Series!

* February 13th @ Twinsburg Recreation Center: 7:30 am Register, 8 am Start

Twinsburg has calibrated bike computers so the bike will count. Run will be on indoor track!

* March 20th @ CSU Recreation Center: 9am Register, 9:30 Start

Format:
20 minute Indoor Pool Swim
20 minute Spinning Bike
20 minute Indoor Run (track or treadmill)

Scoring:
Athletes are ranked for each discipline (1st, 2nd, etc).
Each ranking is added together for an overall score. The lowest overall score wins (like golf).
Everyone receives same bike rank if bikes cannot record distance.

Cost:
$20 per event (CTC Members)
$25 per event (Non-Members)
(Twinsburg is a special price: $15)
