Thought about your costumes yet? The FIRST EVER FREE HALLOWEEN CTC costume run is 2 WEEKS FROM TODAY!Start planning now! We are expecting a decent turnout. Costume Award Categories are being planned and there will be more forthcoming! Here are a few categories being talked about already! * Scariest * Funniest * Sexiest * Most Original * Hardest to run in Thanks to Fleet Feet for their donation of 4- $25 gift certificates. Several other prizes to be announced in the coming weeks!

Just heard about a big prize that Barley House is donating for the costume contest...should make someone very happy! So if anyone is curious, routes have been nailed down and are detailed below. Short Route – 3.2 Miles URL for this route is: www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=4118084Leave Barley, Run down W6th to Superior. Turn right and go across Superior / Detroit Bridge. Make a left onto W25th Street Make a left (first street on left before stop light) onto Franklin down nice big hill. Make a left onto Columbus across blue bridge. At Gas Station make a right onto Center. Stay left onto Carter. Make a left at rail road down Old River Road. Turn right up hill on Front Street. Turn right onto W9th. Make quick left onto W Lakeside. Make a right onto W6th to Barley House. Long Route (Same as short loop and then…) Total of 6.3 Miles URL for this route is: www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=4118094Stay on W Lakeside past W6th (where short loop people return) Take a left down W3rd, around Browns Stadium on Erie Side Make a right up Erie Side (between Stadium and Science Center) Make a left and past Science Center / Rock Hall on Erie Side/ Marginal. Final reminder.....
You have one last night to get your costumes ready! Weather could not look any better for tomorrow's run...should be a great time to enjoy the holiday season while getting in a fun run!
If any of you have lights or cowbells, bring them! We want to make sure we are seen and heard! Also you may want to bring your cameras...although pictures taken after 9PM have been known to be censored from this group. JK.... or maybe not!!
PS, people who do not wish to wear a costume are still welcome to join us. You will just be made fun of ;-)
