For the few folks that check the forum and are not on facebook....
We will host a Big Swim from Columbia to Bradstreet Pier on Tuesday for those of us wanting to do it. It will be at the same time as the normal swim- in the water at 6:30. The Big Swimmers might want to leave a little earlier (6PM). We will have some of the regular swimmers meet us at Bradstreet to bring us back to Columbia.
After the swim, whether short or long, we will head over to Panini's for a Ironman Sendoff party and Finisher Celebration. Some of our members are competing at Louisville this weekend and others did Lake Placid last month. What better way to prepare, or scare, those of us attempting the Rev3, than to listen to horror stories?
So if you can make the regular swim, the Big Swim or the Sendoff Party, please come, drink and have a great time with your other Tri-Geek friends.

If you ever have a conversation with someone and it goes like this " hey man, did you see that article on Training Peaks about training while you sleep to lower your resting HR? Yeah, I think I might try that in my next build phase"
YOU ARE A TRI-GEEK! Embrace the nerdiness.
